Warm Roof Systems (External Insulation)

Warm Roof System is a very attractive and also effective waterproofing system.

From the physics perspective, external insulation works more effectively than internal, e.g. Pink Batts.
As well as controlling temperature more effectively. The installation process is tidier and meets less difficulties, example; accessing ceiling cavities and placing insulation inbetween wiring and framing.

The Warm Roof System can be installed on any substrate (plywood, metal, concrete) with either an adhesive or mechanical fixing onto the top of the roof itself. It also allows the designer or owner to change the pitch of their roof for the benefit of creating a deeper pitch, this may be necessary in some locations of New Zealand.
