  • Epiclad EPDM and EpiSPAN EPDM rubber membranes is BRANZ appraised and complies with E2/AS1.

  • These rubber membranes are complete waterproofing system with its wide sheets (3.0m or 6.0m wide) therefore suited to larger and more open, expansive applications with its lower labour cost for installation and less joins on the job.

  • EPDM easily surpasses any other roofing material available today in terms of performance characteristics and long term weather ability.

  • Excellent weather, ultra-violet, ozone resistance and full flexibility between -50 to 150 degrees Celsius are only some of the properties which make EPDM the ideal roofing material for the extremes of the New Zealand climate.

Butylclad, Butynol Rubber Waterproofing Membranes

  • Butylclad butyl and Butynol rubber membrane systems is BRANZ appraised and complies with E2/AS1. These rubber membranes have been keeping New Zealanders dry more than forty years. Viking Butylclad has been successfully installed in the other parts of the world include Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Pacific Islands.

  • Butylclad butyl and Butynol are available in black and grey colours; 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm thicknesses; 1.35 and 1.40 metre wide rolls.

  • Butylclad butyl and Butynol typical applications are roof membranes (low-slope roofs), external balconies and decks (protected) gutter linings, water containment (i.e. pillow tanks, reservioirs, pond liners), below grade applications.
